How do I contact Nectar?
You can call the customer service team on 0344 811 0811 or use the live chat on their website. Nectar also has a number of helpful FAQs on their website which may help with any general questions you may have.
How much does shipping cost from Nectar?
Regardless of what’s in your order, shipping is free within the United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, there will be additional shipping costs of $150 per large item which will be applied at the checkout.
How do I track my Nectar order?
When you order from Nectar, you will receive an email with a tracking link and your 3-hour delivery window the evening before your mattress delivery, or on the day of delivery if you’ve ordered a non-mattress. For up-to-date details of your order, view and track your orders in the ‘My Account’ section of the Nectar website.
What is the Nectar returns policy?
If you’re unhappy with your order, you can return within 365 days of receiving it, thanks to the Nectar 365-night trial. To start a return, you’ll need to contact Nectar customer care.
Does Nectar offer warranties?
Nectar offers a Forever Warranty. This warranty covers all Nectar mattresses and promises to replace your mattress anytime during your use of it at no charge if it breaks from normal use.
Does Nectar Sleep price match?
While Nectar Sleep doesn't price match their products against other retailers, they do offer a Forever Warranty which means that in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the construction, material, quality of your mattress, Nectar Sleep will repair it at no extra cost.

Watch out for the sales: If you need a new mattress but are trying to keep the costs down, check out the Nectar sale. Nectar mattress sales and deals run all year round, and typically offer up to 50% off its popular mattress and bedding products. If the product you want to buy is on sale, the discounted price will be shown on the product page and added automatically to the checkout.
Follow on socials: To stay up-to-date with the latest news, product launches and sales, make sure to follow Nectar on its social media pages, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube.
Refer a friend: Know someone who’s looking for a new mattress? Through the Nectar ‘Refer a friend’ scheme, your friend will receive $100 off a mattress and you’ll get a $100 Amazon Gift Card as a thank you. All you have to do is enter your email address on the ‘Refer a friend’ page to generate your personal link. Send this link to your friends and get them to use it when purchasing their mattress.
Additional discounts at Nectar: For military personnel, healthcare professionals and first responders, Nectar wants to thank you for all that you do with 40% off. You’ll need to verify your eligibility and then you’ll receive an exclusive 40% discount code to spend at Nectar.
How to use Nectar coupons
1. Do your shopping and add your chosen mattress or bedding product to the cart before heading to the checkout.
2. On the right side of the checkout page and underneath your order, you’ll see a box that says ‘Enter Coupon Code’
3. Enter or paste your code into the box, then hit apply.
4. Your basket will be updated with the new discounted price and you can proceed with your order.
NOTE: If the mattress you’re buying has an exclusive discount offered on it, for example, ‘33% off the Nectar Mattress’, the discount will be automatically applied at the checkout. If you don’t want this discount for whatever reason, you’ll have to remove it and add your own code in the box

Whether it's through our affiliate networks, the depths of the world wide web, or our connections with big name brands, here at TechRadar we use every tool at our disposal to source the latest codes. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
Although we do our best to ensure all listed codes are tried & tested, sometimes coupons expire or terms & conditions are changed before we can update pages. Our team works hard to make sure our coupons are active and work as intended, and should you encounter an issue when using one, we’ll work just as hard to help.
The best place to start is by checking the requirements. Click “View terms and conditions” to expand the code section and see any guidance on your chosen coupon. For example, you may need to meet a minimum spend, add other items to your basket to qualify for a multibuy offer, or confirm that your chosen code applies to the items in your basket (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
When it comes to coupons, TechRadar earns money via a commission-based model. For every brand we have a coupon page for, we’ve negotiated a deal that means we earn a percentage of total basket value in commission back from every order.
Using this model means we can offer our coupons to our customers free of charge. You won’t pay any fees to add your chosen coupon to your basket - you’ll simply pay the final order total once your discount has been applied.
